Insurance and Billing
Citrus Ambulatory Surgery Center accepts most major insurance. We will bill your insurance carrier for you; however, we cannot tell you what your policy will cover. Since your insurance policy and coverage are between you and your carrier, we urge you to contact them prior to your procedure. You will be responsible for any co-pays and deductibles.

Crystal at the front desk has a rude stand offish personality . Everything was said with attitude. The other lady was a little bit better but not by much . nobody is smiling or making you feel comfortable.They got aggravated when explaining . So bad to the point my mother did not want to do the procedure at this facility. If you want friendly service ,I recommend you going elsewhere.

My mom had a colonoscopy and we had a young ethic Asian nurse help her with getting her ready and answering her all the questions. She was so delightful. She helped it make it easy for my Mom to be okay with dealing with the procedure. I’m so sorry I can’t remember her name. She also helped Ann getting her ready for to take her to the procedure room! Thank you!
